How Successful People Handle Stress


The thing about stress is it’s an absolutely necessary emotion. Our brains are wired in a way that it’s difficult to take action until we feel some level of this emotional state.

And stress entices the brain into growing new cells responsible for improved memory. But a particular type of stress. This type of stress keeps performance up and the negative effects of stress to a minimum.
